As creator programs scale, campaign coordination, reporting, approvals, and communication often become fragmented across spreadsheets, Discord threads, and disconnected tools. Teams lose visibility, reporting slows down, and operational overhead starts competing with the actual partnership work.
What I built
Built internal systems for the Fractal Creator Program focused on creator management, campaign tracking, reporting flows, and workflow automation. Connected APIs, operational data, and lightweight tooling into systems that reduced manual coordination and improved day to day operational clarity.
Production context
Helped expand Fractal’s creator ecosystem beyond traditional tech media into broader gaming and influencer spaces across YouTube, Twitch, and live industry activations, balancing partnerships, operations, and product minded systems thinking.
